The one thing after reading , writing & travelling which feeds my soul’s appetite is Food. Yes, I am proud to call myself foodie.I love eating & cooking food. I keep exploring food whenever and wherever I have time. Food is one the driving forces which makes me travel far and wide to explore and meet new people and places.
Food is an important part of our life.Everyday we have to make decisions about what kind of food we want to eat and what kind of nutrition every food product will provide. Its these kind of choices that will determine how healthy we are in our daily lives.
The right foundation to good health is to choose food products that are rich in nutrients and have a balanced amount of nutrients.
I still recall when I first visited Japan, It was my first ever foreign visit. What excited me was the variety of food items available in that country. I used to experiment with various kinds of food, irrespective of it being veg , non-veg or sea food. That habit continues till date and keeps me excited and motivated most of the times.
Keeping up with my habit I was excited and when I got a chance to browse through rewardme site by P&G. There are various sections on this website but what excites me most beside health & Living is about food.
