When I was a kid one of my teachers shared a beautiful philosophy, which has helped me all through these
years in sailing through thick and thin. She advised me to study ants. They have an amazing philosophy which
I am presenting in following 4 parts.
First Part :
“Ants never quit“.If they are headed somewhere and you try to stop them ,they will look for another way.
They’ll climb over, they’ll climb under, they’ll climb around. They keep looking for another way. What a neat
philosophy to never quit;looking for a way to get where you are supposed to go.Lot to learn from them indeed.
Second Part:
Ants think winter all summer. That’s an important perspective. You can’t be so naive as to think summer will
last forever. So ants are gathering in their winter food in summer. What a lesson; both good and bad times never
last forever, one should enjoy and be prepared for either.
Third Part :
During the winter ants remind themselves “this won’t last long; we will soon be out of here”.
And the first warm day the ants are out.If it turns cold again, they’ll dive back down. But
then they come out the first warm day. They can’t wait to get out.
Fourth Part :
How much will an ant gather during the summer to prepare for the winter ?
Ans- All that it possible can.
So be like an ant.Go ahead ,do all you can

There is one more thing to ant philosphy….
On their way up to food they leave a trail of a chemical to trace their route back to home. When we obstruct their way and they wander in all directions, they are actually looking for that one hint of trace to find their way back home…
So no matter what distances we scale for the zest of sucess our way back to home, our roots, needs to be with us, as shoots can’t grow leaving the roots cut….

We can all take time and learn something from this concept and apply to our daily lives. I will try to incorporate this concept and also teach it to my friends and family. We should learn to live life to the fullest and never quit when we are faced with a challenge.
